I think you should stop being so hard on Detective Stabler. If you'd only talk to him instead of yelling at him, you'd learn that he's actually quite pleasant to spend time with. Lieutenant Sinclair and I have no harbored aggrievances with him, and there's really no reason any of you should, either.
Agent Starling, I believe you mentioned something about him being "a dick" to you? If he came off as abrasive, it's probably because he's going through some issues. I'm not one for psychology, but you should try talking to him about his feelings.
